The Toxic Elements Inherent in the Organizational Environment of Italian and Russian Enterprises: A Comparative Analysis

Abstract: The concept of organizational environment toxicity is based on the study and generalization of foreign and Russian scientists’ research dedicated to the destructive aspects of the organizational culture and environment. The relevance of this problem is due to the fact that the toxic elements of the organizational environment have a negative impact on workers deteriorating their health and well-being, which ultimately decreases efficiency of human resources and generally incurs financial losses to an organization. The intermediate results of the Russian-Italian monitoring studies carried out by the authors are presented in the article.
