Basic Values of the Business World of Russia: Historical Experience of Formation and Development

Abstract: The essence and specifics of Russia’s business world as a socio-cultural phenomenon are revealed, traditional basic value orientations of its representatives are shown. The paper identifies specific role of the value consciousness and labor motivation in organizing the Russian entrepreneurs’ economic activity.
