Abstract: The article proves the necessity of taking the strategic stakeholders’ interests into account while managing company development. It presents the author’s approach to the study of the spectrum of interests linked to the company. At the example taken from the operations of the company of closed type there is shown the use of the obtained data while choosing the development direction on the basis of the principle of preventing value destruction in the sphere of cooperation with all categories of strategic stakeholders.
