Abstract: At the example of ferrous metallurgy enterprise the paper considers the place of risk management system in company’s strategies. The authors build a unique scheme of production process at the blast-furnace processing and steel-making stages taking into account material flows. On its basis a technological risk map for this business process is designed. The risk map can be used at any enterprise of this industry.
