Precarization of Employment and Its Impact on Social-Economic Well-Being of Employees

Abstract: The article deals with the trend of expanding process of work precarization which is caused by spreading insecure and unprotected labour relationships in the Russian economy. The authors evaluate the extent of employment precarization in the country on the basis of primary and secondary data of sociological research and statistics. The negative consequences of unstable social-labour sphere for economically active population are characterized.
