Abstract:

The article discusses formation of the warehouse property market and considers factors influencing the development of storage facilities. In the paper, the author proves the need for and efficiency of modern warehouse technologies at the example of certain regions and companies. Finally, the author concludes that measures designed to reduce costs and improve the quality of work are the main factors behind company competitiveness in the warehouse property market and decrease in rental rates.
