Integrated Controlling: Process-Modular Approach

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the research of methodological aspects of the integrated controlling as a qualitatively new concept of economic management developed on the principles of system integration, interrelation and interdependence of traditional structural elements of controlling. Modern scientific approaches to creation of systems of controlling are systematized. On the basis of methodology of processmodular approach the authors suggest a procedure for forming the system of integrated controlling. The procedure implies consecutive design of four interconnected modules and maintenance of connections between them. The authors present their model of unified process of integrated controlling based on the principle of a biocybernetic contour of regulation enabling flexibility, relevance and adaptability of system interactions. Additionally, the paper defines the order of integrated controlling functioning in industry and lists the findings of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of economical and administrative consequences of practical application of the integrated controlling methodology.
