Abstract: For modelling and handling the problem of innovation processes management at enterprises with risks it is proposed to apply the deterministic approach in the form of a dynamic task of minimax adaptive management (optimization of the guaranteed result) for the specified final time. The article considers the method that implies fulfilment of a finite number of tasks of linear and convex mathematical programming as well as tasks of discrete optimization.
