Economic Structure of Service Society: from the Great Depression to the Great Recession

Abstract: The subject of management of social-economic processes in a society is first and foremost functioning and modification of the structure that defines them. The New Deal marked a refusal of the laissez-faire doctrine that aimed at maximizing commodity wealth. In the next years in the USA and other developed capitalist countries new public structures had been forming. The paper looks at the specifics of the Great Recession which is a current stage of transformation of the society economic structure.
