Abstract: The paper explores the approaches to the study of the factors in building industrial-innovative infrastructure. The author consideres the theories of regional growth revealing the specifics of the spatial diffusion of innovation. The groups of general and specific factors of industrial-innovative infrastructure are identified and fundamental principles for improving their efficiency are given.
