Peculiarities of Dairy Market Functioning at a Regional Level

Abstract: The paper looks at the particularities of dairy market functioning generally in the country and in a number of regions. The authors analyze the possibility to build an algorithm for improving the competitiveness of the enterprises of the dairy sub-complex of the Russian agro-industrial complex as one of the most technologically sophisticated, inertial and capital-intensive part of AIC, crucially influencing the country’s food security and social climate of rural areas.
