Abstract: The relevance of restructuring of mining-chemical companies is discussed in the article at the example of OAO “Mining-chemical company “EuroChem”. The authors propose a generalized classification of types of company restructuring according to the directions of activities. While assessing the efficiency of restructuring as a change in company value the most acceptable methods for mining-chemical companies were chosen. Finally, the recommendations are given on how to take into account a number of additional factors.
