Abstract: On the basis of system-synergetic approach the article proposes the multi-parametric model of structural diagnostics of the levels of social and economic development of regional systems; reveals its heuristic possibilities as the diagnostic complex to support decision-making; presents the results of experimental calculations at the example of structural diagnostics of the municipal entities of Omsk region according to the multi-parametric complex “standard of living” in 2010−2012.
