Cooperation of the State, Corporations, Institutions of the Civil Society within the Frames of the National Industrial Policy

Abstract: The article highlights the basic models of interaction between the state and business established in the world practice. The evolution of the objectives of corporate structures and the evolution of the state from the perspective of its changing role in society are shown. There is justified the appearance of a special resource associated with the corporations’ interaction with the state. The fundamental importance of industrial policy as a basic institution for the neo-industrialization of the domestic economy and the formation of the «green technologies» market is determined.
