Abstract: The paper investigates the problems of the public-private partnership forms development in strategically important sectors of Russia’s economy. The article focuses on the analysis of the experience of applying PPP at the enterprises of the mineral and raw materials complex. Among the reasons of slow development of the PPP forms in Russia the authors pinpoint delayed legislation, lack of necessary institutional infrastructure and others.
