Abstract: The paper studies the approaches of economic-mathematical modeling and dynamic optimization of the management of innovative processes under the impact of the factor of uncertainty. As a result, the detailed economic-mathematical model of innovative processes management at enterprises of AIC processing exposed to risks is developed.
