On the Motivation of Employees in Services Sector Organizations

Abstract: Correct motivation targets employee behaviour. The paper questions the efficiency of traditional ways of the staff motivation in services sector organizations. The authors consider the phenomenon of “internal dismissal” of an employee as a result of their demotivation. The article presents the findings of the research that investigated motivation potential of an employee in a services sector organization.
