Abstract:

The article deals with the theoretical, technological, organizational, managerial, economic and infrastructural aspects of responding to the crisis in the Russian economy on the basis of the total reengineering of production systems and business processes. The paper suggests a concept, a model and an organizational-economic mechanisms for reengineering of Russia’s production as a way to catch the sixth wave of innovation through integrating the processes of redesign, modernization, renovation and reconstruction of production systems and, as a result, obtaining synergetic effects in development. The study applied the methodology of synergetic analysis. The article presents examples of reengineering design in the Republic of Tatarstan and considers foreign experience. The methodology for efficiency assessment of engineering and reengineering projects is proposed.
