Abstract:

The paper studies the trends in development of the health resort complex in Perm kray on the basis of the structural analysis of basic factors to determine key factors which to the greatest degree influence the system as a whole. The paper presents the matrix resulting from the SWOT analysis of the health resort complex of Perm kray. This kind of analysis contributes to timely decision-making that takes into account the revealed opportunities and threats, improvement of market competitiveness of the resource potential of the health resort complex and efficient management of its investment appeal. Top management of health resort organizations should apply structural (matrix) analysis and use its results to take sound managerial decisions of long-term and prospective character.
