Abstract:

The paper deals with the model of labour productivity management at industrial enterprises on the basis of the system of diagnostic and strategic indicators. It develops the mechanisms for labour productivity management in line with the key management functions. The article presents the algorithm designed for optimization of investments into long-term improvement of labour productivity. The productivity benchmarking model is proposed as a tool for managing the growth of labour productivity in companies.
