Comparative Analysis of Structures of Benefits and Guaranteed Benefits Packages

Abstract: Formation of benefits package is one of the most effective tools in the system of motivation and stimulation of labour activity. The management theory and practice lacks the single approach to the relationships between the concepts “benefits package” and “guaranteed benefits package”. Hence, the article considers existing theoretical approaches to the concept “benefits package” and classification of additional guaranteed benefits; specifies criteria for classification of benefits packages; compares the structures of benefits and guaranteed benefits packages. Finally, the components of benefits package and guaranteed benefits package are systematized depending on their content.
