Abstract: The paper studies the issues of cooperation between Heilongjiang province (China) and Russia, particularly focusing on bottlenecks in transport cooperation and implementation of large-scale projects, lack of competition between branded products, and low capital investment. The author puts forward a number of suggestions concerning the extension of the economic cooperation, development of transport infrastructure, e-commerce, tourism.
